We take our own Neutral Grain base made from corn and redistill the spirits through a vapor basket with a secret blend of 6 botanicals and spices and add Equinox. A very interesting balance of citrus with the floral and spice of our traditional Gin and a surprise hoppy finish.

High Point Rye Whiskey

Our flagship Rye Whiskey is named for High Point New Jersey and it does not disappoint! Our mash is 82% rye, 10% corn and 8% barley malt. Four different varietals of Rye to obtain more expressions of florals and baking spices along with white pepper spice, caramel, vanillas and fruits. Even if you don't care for Rye, you should give it a try this!
Main Street Hot Pepper Vodka

This Hot Pepper Vodka is one of the best on the market. Made with real hot pepper in our own proprietary pressure infusion process that allow just the right amount of heat along with real pepper flavor. Patriot's Trail Bourbon

Our High Rye Bourbon is made from a mash consisting of Corn, four different varietals of Rye and Barley Malt which gives a nice traditional Bourbon character. We distill a minimum of 3 times above 140 proof. We age at 125 proof in brand new American Oak barrels until matured to a nice smooth spirit.
Barnegat White Whiskey

Barnegat White Whiskey is the basis of our aged Crossroads Whiskey. We create a Bourbon Mash containing Corn, Rye, Wheat and Barley. We distill a the equivelant of 3 times before pulling at 140+ proof. spirits is proofed and passed though a barrel before bottling.
Jersey Hooch bug juice

Main Street Vodka is our signature Vodka handcrafted from an all grain corn mash. Distilled at a minimum equivalent of 12 times, we slowly extract our spirit above 190 proof, then filter through activated carbon.

Our Crossroads Bourbon Whiskey is made from the same Mash as our Barnegat White Whiskey. Four grains, corn, rye, wheat and barley malt. We distill 3 times and extract at 140+ proof. Aged in a collection of smaller brand new charred American Oak barrels. First aged Bourbon Whiskey produced in NJ since before Prohibition!
Boardwalk Rum

Boardwalk Rum begins with both table & baker's molasses with sweet mead yeast. The wash is then distilled 6 times at 160+ proof. Our process develops a smooth & complex flavor boasting sweet butter, butterscotch, tropical fruits and baking spices. We do NOT add sugar or molasses to the finished product.
