This is a special treat that is like Apple Pie in a bottle. A tradition for the holidays. We use fresh in season organic apples, spices and our spirits handcraft a special blend. Don't let the smooth taste fool you, this libation has a tendency to sneak up on you.

We take our own Neutral Grain base made from corn and redistill the spirits through a vapor basket with a secret blend of 6 botanicals and spices and add Equinox. A very interesting balance of citrus with the floral and spice of our traditional Gin and a surprise hoppy finish.

Our flagship Rye Whiskey is named for High Point New Jersey and it does not disappoint! Our mash is 82% rye, 10% corn and 8% barley malt. Four different varietals of Rye to obtain more expressions of florals and baking spices along with white pepper spice, caramel, vanillas and fruits. Even if you don't care for Rye, you should give it a try this!

This Hot Pepper Vodka is one of the best on the market. Made with real hot pepper in our own proprietary pressure infusion process that allow just the right amount of heat along with real pepper flavor. Serrano, Jalapeno, Habanero and Italian Long Hots are the winning combination. Zero flavor chemicals or additives. Awesome in cocktails!

Our High Rye Bourbon is made from a mash consisting of Corn, Rye and Barley which gives a nice traditional Bourbon character. We distill a minimum of 3 times above 140 proof. We age at 125 proof in brand new American Oak barrels until matured to a nice smooth spirit.

Barnegat White Whiskey is the basis of our aged Crossroads Whiskey. We create a Bourbon Mash containing Corn, Rye, Wheat and Barley. We distill a minimum of 3 times and extract at 140 proof and above.

Main Street Vodka is our signature Vodka handcrafted from an all grain corn mash. Distilled at a minimum equivalent of 12 times, we slowly extract our spirit above 190 proof, then filter through activated carbon.

Our own DSP.7 Gin uses our Vodka Neutral Grain base made from corn and redistills the vapor through a vapor basket with our blend of 13 botanicals and spices. A true distilled Gin with spicey notes. We will also be offering a local honey version very soon.

Boardwalk Rum is a great sipping and mixing Rum. We aspire to produce a clean and smooth Rum with character. We distill our Rum the equivalent of 6 times for a smooth spirit and extract at above 160 proof.

Our Boardwalk Light Amber Rum goes the distance in both 5-gallon and 10-gallon barrels to make a fine sipping rum. Awarded a Silver Medal at the 2016 New York International Spirits Competition.
