Our hot pepper flavored Vodka is the perfect pick for someone who wants a little spice in their life. We take real peppers and pressure infuse them for an outstanding flavor and spice profile you need to taste to believe! We combine habanero, serrano, Italian long hots and jalapeno peppers to develop a bold peppery flavor that makes some awesome cocktails. The spice is there but not offensive and dissipates quickly.

 Our Main Street Hot Pepper Vodka makes a pretty large range of craft cocktails and the list is growing, In addition to the expected Bloody Mary or Hot and Dirty Martini, we make a Dragon Fruit Spritzer, Sweet Inferno Mule, Strawberry Lemonade and many more!

We have been making Single Malt Whisky since 2015! Our first one we were able to get into bottles and for sale was this Cherrywood Smoked Single Malt. We mash, ferment, distill age and package every drop right in Fairfield, NJ. Our 100% barley malt used in these products comes from Rabbit Hill Farms in sout Jersey.  The malt is smoked over a Cherrywood fire to create a unique product that delivers on character, flavor and smoothness.

Cherrywood is back out for a bit after being sold out since 2021. It joins our Wildwoods Applewood Smoked Single Malt Whisky and our Celtic Riviera Single Malt Whisky. All three are delicious and decidedly different. Local American Single Malt Whisky at it's best!  Our Wildwoods are TRUE Single Malts!

Made with our Jersey Hooch PB&J Sandwich, this martini delivers on flavor. Inspired by a Peanutbutter and Fluff sandwich, we let jelly enter the profile. We blend our PB&J Sandwich Jersey Hooch along with white chocolate syrup, vanilla and half and half and serve in a choclate syrup and graham cracker rimmed glass along with a roasted marshmallow. Delicious!

We take our Main Street Vodka and team it up with fresh squeezed lemons and simple syrup from cane sugar. Shaken over iced and strained into a martini glass, this cocktail is super refreshing. A lemon wheel provides the garnish to this perfect craft cocktail for the warmer weather. You can also get it's sister the Lemon Meringue Martini which ads some Main Street Vanilla Vodka!
