We take real peppers and pressure infuse them for an outstanding flavor and spice profile you need to taste to believe! We combine habanero, serrano, Italian long hots and jalapeno peppers to develop a bold peppery flavor that makes some awesome cocktails. The spice is there but not offensive and dissipates quickly.

Our signature Goldfish are now back in the Tasting Lounge! Anyone who knows us for a few years can remember we always served Goldfish at the distillery. A certain world event brought that abruptly to an end, but we always looked at it as temporary. Visit us again and enjoy that fun little snack at our fun little distillery!
